The IC12 Auditing & Compliance system conducts audits on the spot, based on a series of questions broken down by category and entered in a Yes / No / Not Applicable answer format. Every answer has the options of recording comments or further information.

On the spot end of Audit assessment is run that determines based on the answers given whether or not the audit passes or fails (Compliant / Non-Compliant).
Based on the results a series of auto generated on the spot documents are produced, stored and printed.

All results are stored, cataloged and accessible via internal search facilities and up-loadable to a central database with web interfaces allowing for remote access, reporting and interaction.



The system has been optimized to take advantage of Tablet PC integration (HP Tablet or equivalent) and prints on the spot reports but can be run on any platform or hardware.
